• In page 21 of Siirtolaisuus/Migration Magazine issue 2/2011, there is an article about two sons of Finland, Carl Paivio and Gust Alonen and their "activist" lives in America in the first half of the 20th century as researched and written by Tom Hyder.
  In general, the Finnish Institute of Migration (http://www.migrationinstitute.fi) is a very valuable source of information.
